The wifey loves goat’s cheese.. whereas I don’t.. but I love blue cheese and she doesn’t.. strange huh?
Got her a log of goat’s cheese for our wine & cheese night, but haven’t got around to eating it yet.

Warm Goat’s Cheese Salad with Sautéed Mushrooms
I sautéed some mushrooms with a bit of olive oil & butter and diced onions.
Add in some salad leaves tossed in the usual balsamic/olive oil dressing.
Found these cute cherry tomatoes at our local wet market..
2 slices of goat’s cheese.. place it on the hot mushrooms and let is start melting and oozing..
Mine had some crumbled Danish blue cheese on it instead.
